Japanese firm buys Lucozade and Ribena for £1.3bn
GlaxoSmithKline has agreed to sell soft drinks brands Lucozade and Ribena to the Japanese firm Suntory for £1.35 billion.
Last year, the two brands together made a quarter of a billion pounds for Glaxo Smith Klein last year but the new owners Suntory believe they can make even more.
