One Direction transformed into Pez-heads for Comic Relief auction

Boy band One Direction are being transformed into Pez-heads, to be auctioned off as collectors' items, for Comic Relief.

The special one-off Pez sweet dispensers have all been autographed by Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson.

Other celebs who have been given the sugary makeover include singer Jessie J, comic Ricky Gervais, and Celebrity Juice host Keith Lemon.

The band said: "We think it's a great idea that will hopefully raise lots of cash for Comic Relief."

The Pez-heads will be sold off as a box set in a special eBay auction starting at 7pm tonight and closing at 8.30pm on Thursday, March 14.

The others will be auctioned off separately.

Last week it was announced that One Direction and Jessie J would be appearing in a special edition of the Beano comic, also for Red Nose Day.

Ricky Gervais has announced he will revive The Office for a one-off Comic Relief show.
