Britons are supposed to be renowned for their manners - but it seems something has changed.

The thing that annoys the public most of all, is when a person forgets to say 'please' or 'thank you'.
The top five most annoying bad manners:

People checking their phone when you are talking to them
Queue jumping
People not offering seats to those in need on public transport
Lateness
Nearly 100% of people surveyed said that they felt they had good manners, but just under half of the people Daybreak spoke to said other people did.
