John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John have re-united for a new charity Christmas album.

In an interview with the Australian Today Show, the pair said that Newton-John, 64, texted Travolta, 58, last Christmas after she heard that their Grease classic You're The One That I Want was the best selling duet of all time.

After a flurry of texts over Christmas dinner they decided it was time to get back together and have now released an album of Christmas classics in aid of the John Travolta Foundation and the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Wellness Centre in Melbourne.

The pair, who rose to fame as Danny Zuko and Sandy Olsen in the 1978 hit film, have released a video with the first single from the album.

The I Think You Might Like It video sees Travolta, who is well known for flying his own planes, piloting a jet to meet Newton-John who is driving a classic 1950s car filled with Christmas gifts.
