Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes has announced she is expecting her first child with JLS husband Marvin.

The 23-year-old tweeted that the news was "the best early Christmas present we could have asked for".

It comes just months after she married 27-year-old Marvin in a showbiz wedding at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, with guests including X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos and One Direction's Harry Styles.

Fellow celebrities were quick to offer their congratulations on Twitter.

It is the second big baby news in the pop quintet this year after Una Healy gave birth to Aoife, her daughter with England rugby player Ben Foden, in March.
