Doctor Who actress wins Scottish Fashion award at star-studded ceremony
Doctor Who actress Karen Gillan was named Scottish Fashion Icon of the year at an awards ceremony.
British fashion personality Alexa Chung hosted the star-studded seventh Scottish Fashion Awards at the Clyde Auditorium in Glasgow.
Designers, models and actors from stage and screen took to the red carpet to celebrate the best of Scottish fashion.
Christopher Kane was named Scottish Fashion Designer of the year, beating off competition from two-times winner Jonathan Saunders to claim the top prize.
Other stars of the small screen walking the red carpet included Made In Chelsea's Millie Mackintosh, television personality Lizzie Cundy and Sugababe Jade Ewen.
Guests were treated to catwalk shows and a performance by the late Amy Winehouse's god-daughter Dionne Bromfield and Scottish teenager Tallia Storm, who performed at Sir Elton John's concert the previous night.
Bromfield revealed she was supporting local talent by opting for a fringe-hemmed, print dress by Scottish designer Holly Fulton, who was one of the nominees for Scottish Fashion Designer of the Year.
Tali Lennox, daughter of Annie Lennox, took home the Scottish Model of the Year prize for a second consecutive year, while supermodel Stella Tennant was inducted into the Hall of Fame and David Gandy, the face of Dolce & Gabbana, also made an appearance.

Scottish Textile Brand of the Year: Dashing Tweeds.
Scottish Young Designer of the Year:Hayley Scanlan.
Scottish Accessory Designer of the Year: William Chambers.
The show closed with an exclusive premiere of Swarovski's Kingdom of Jewels Collection, which was brought from Paris to Scotland for one night only.
