Mark Austin meets mini-royalist Darcy on The Mall

ITV News' Mark Austin met a dapper 10-year-old on The Mall today. Mini royalist Darcy is celebrating his second Jubilee after being taken along to the Golden Jubilee as a baby.

He told Mark his favourite monarch was Charles II as "he liked to party" and that his favourite current member of the Royal Family is the corgis.
