Breivik trial disrupted after spectator throws shoe at him
The trial of Norwegian mass killer Anders Breivik has been interrupted by a spectator who shouted "Go to hell" and threw a shoe at him.
The spectator was escorted from the Oslo court by security guards, witnesses said.
The shoe hit the chair of one of Breivik's defence lawyers, according to Norwegian broadcaster NRK.
It was the first outburst by a spectator at the trial, where relatives of victims have remained quiet even as Breivik explained his killing of 77 people in a bomb-and-shooting rampage on July 22, last year.
The incident was a sharp break with the polite atmosphere that has reigned inside the court room.
The far-right fanatic has admitted to the attacks but denied terror charges, saying the victims were traitors for embracing multiculturalism.
