Kazakhstan's shooting team is demanding an apology after a spoof national anthem from the film Borat was played at a medal ceremony in Kuwait.

Footage shows gold medallist Maria Dmitrienko listening solemnly, before breaking into a smile.

The song from the 2006 film Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan, praises the country for "its superior potassium exports" and for having "the cleanest prostitutes in the region".

The team's coach said the organisers of the tournament had downloaded the parody from the internet and had also got the Serbian national anthem wrong.
