Andy Burnham's ninety minutes in the spotlight
Labour's shadow health secretary Andy Burnham has ninety minutes to prevent the Health and Social Care bill going ahead today.
He has been granted an emergency debate over whether there should be a delay until an assessment of the risks of the reforms is published.
The Government says the internal document, known as the Risk Register, should be kept under wraps. Labour claims they are hiding the true dangers of their reforms.
The Information Commissioner ruled against the Government and Ministers also lost an appeal but they say they cannot make a decision on whether to publish the register until they get the details of the judgement.
Be prepared for some angry exchanges over this complex subject today but the Government is certain to win the vote. When it clears this last hurdle, the NHS bill will be law.
