Teacher and three pupils shot dead in school attack in France
French President Nicolas Sarkozy said the shootings at a Jewish school in Toulouse were a "national tragedy" as he vowed to catch the killer.
A gunman on a motorcycle opened fire outside the Ozar Hatorah Jewish school.
A rabbi was shot dead along with his two sons, aged three and six, and one other child.
The attack is the third such deadly shooting in the last week prompting fears a serial killer is on the loose.
Investigators have confirmed the gun used is the same one used in the other incidents in which three soldiers died.
The attack took place this morning just before classes began.

On March 10th, a gunman on a scooter shot and killed a paratrooper in Toulouse.
Last Thursday, a gunman on a scooter opened fire on three uniformed paratroopers at a bank machine in Montauban, about 30 miles from Toulouse, killing two and critically wounding the other.
