Samantha Kenny
Age: 26From: LiverpoolOccupation: Makeup Artist
Why Love Island and why now?I’m ready to settle down and Love Island is an amazing opportunity to meet someone that isn’t from my area. I love a cockney boy so I’m hoping there is one in there for me.
What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa?I think I will definitely bring some fire, I’m very opinionated and wear my heart on my sleeve. I’m really bubbly too so I’ll definitely have a laugh as well as bringing some scouse glamour.
What makes you a catch?I think the guys will be drawn to me as I’m outgoing and very easy to get along with. I’m confident, naturally funny and glam, I think they will like my chat.
If there was one thing you’d want your new fellow Islanders to know about you, what would it be?I’d want them to know that I’m the best auntie, my niece and nephew are my world and mean everything to me.
Why would you say you’re single? I don’t get out enough, I work weekends and tend to not go out in Liverpool anymore. If I want a night out I go down to London as I love the boys down south. Tall, dark and cockney is my type.
How would friends/family describe you? They’d say I’m fun, outgoing, confident and a bit unpredictable.
If you had to pick three of the most important things you look for in a partner what would they be?I want someone career driven, funny and loyal. Loyalty is the most important thing to me.
Tell us something not many people know about you? I used to be a morris dancer when I was a kid.
If you had to pick any celebrities to be in the Villa with you, who would they be and why?Justin Bieber because he’s hot, I’d also like to have David Attenborough with me because he’s really clever and Olivia Attwood because I think she’s hysterical.
Nicole Samuel
Age: 24AberdareOccupation: Accounts Manager
Why Love Island and why now?I just think it’s my time now I’ve hit 24 and I’m ready to settle down.
What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa? My personality is big and I’m pretty out there, I reckon I’ll probably have one of the biggest personalities in the Villa.
What makes you a catch?I say everything as it is so guys always know where they stand with me.
If there was one thing you’d want your new fellow Islanders to know about you, what would it be?That I’m upfront.
Why would you say you’re single? I’ve been enjoying single life and the attention of different boys, it’s fun. I’ve enjoyed being able to go on holiday with the girls and not having to worry about someone back home. All the girls are there texting in their room and I’m out till 4 in the morning living my best life.
How would friends/family describe you? Cheeky, wild and really chatty.
If you had to pick three of the most important things you look for in a partner what would they be?Tall, dark and handsome, it’s just that isn’t it? Let’s be honest! And a rugby player.
Tell us something not many people know about you? I became a world champion dancer in 2011, not many people know that. I was a professional street dancer.
If you had to pick any celebrities to be in the Villa with you, who would they be and why?Channing Tatum, all day every day..
Patsy Field
Age: 29From: OrpingtonOccupation: Office Administrator
Why Love Island and why now?I’m finally ready to find a sexy man and I think Love Island may just have some nice hunky guys for me. I think now is the right time as I’ve got a few greys so I need to bag a man sooner rather than later.
What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa?I’m a big personality and I like to be the centre of attention so I’ll definitely bring the fun. I’d also say that I will bring the sass, I’m not looking for drama but I do tend to attract it.
What makes you a catch?I’m funny and a very good cook so I’d definitely say I’m wifey material. I can also be a bit of a sugar mummy as I do like to spoil my partners and have been known to date younger guys.
If there was one thing you’d want your new fellow Islanders to know about you, what would it be?I’ve got something very special about me which is my disability, it’s a condition I was born with called Ebs Palsy. It doesn't define who I am , but it makes me a little different, although I’ve learnt to get on with it and It’s never held me back.
Why would you say you’re single? I’m picky and tend to get bored quite easily, I also end up picking the wrong guys so it never works out long term.
How would friends/family describe you? My friends would say that I’m the loudest person in the group, I’m the one who’s always up for doing a dare, they’d say I was the life and soul of the party. My family would say that I’m bossy and that it’s always my way or the highway, they’d say I rule the roost.
If you had to pick three of the most important things you look for in a partner what would they be?Height is important to me as I’m a taller girl, I also like a guy with an athletic build. In terms of personality, I like a guy to own the room and have a good presence and sense of humour.
What’s your claim to fame?I’ve performed a duet with Tyson Fury! I was doing a season in Magaluf and we were both in the VIP area of a club and I got chatting to him and his friends. They were so lovely, we sang ‘Hold You’ by Gyptian and I rapped the Nicki Minaj verse, it was such a slay.
Tell us something not many people know about you? I can do an amazing Hannah Montana impression, I’ve been told my take on Miley Cyrus is very good.
If you had to pick any celebrities to be in the Villa with you, who would they be and why?Drake and Rihanna.
Jess White
Age: 25Location: StockportOccupation: Retail Manager
Why Love Island and why now?All my friends are in relationships, settled down with babies and I’m going to end up that aunt that rocks up at family parties and they say ‘she's still not met someone, she’s still going to Ibiza having a midlife crisis.’ I just want to meet somebody and to be able to do all of that stuff too.
What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa?I think I will bring fun and honesty, maybe a bit too much honesty. And definitely a bit of sass, I’m a sassy girl.
What makes you a catch?I’d say my personality. I’m quite bubbly and outgoing and I think I can make most people feel quite comfortable and that’s a nice thing to have in this day and age - to put people at ease and build a relationship that way.
If there was one thing you’d want your new fellow Islanders to know about you, what would it be?I like to have my own way. It’s sometimes easier just to say yes to me and give me what I want. If I need to go to have a shower first then let me go first. I’m an only child so I’m used to getting my own way which isn’t always a good thing.
Why would you say you’re single? I think I’m single because I don’t underestimate the fact that I’m hard work. I know what I want and I'm not easily pleased. When you’re a loud, outgoing woman, sometimes it can intimidate men - men don’t always want that. I think that can sometimes put people off me because I am quite loud and you can hear me before you see me. Some men love that though.
How would friends/family describe you? I think my friends would describe me as brutally honest. I think it’s a good trait because at least you know where you stand with me. I’m never going to let you leave the room without looking your best - I would want someone to tell me! They would describe me as quite uplifting, if you’re having a bad day then come and see me.
If you had to pick three of the most important things you look for in a partner what would they be?I would say nice teeth, I love a set of white Turkey teeth but a good set of Turkey teeth. I would say personality traits, you have to be family orientated. I’m so close to my mum and I’d like my future partner to be really close with their family too. You have to be tall, you can’t be shorter than me, I can't be having to question whether I can wear heels around you and what height of heels I can wear. If you’re vertically challenged, it’s not for me.
Tell us something not many people know about you? I’m pretty talentless apart from having a good stage presence at karaoke, but I can’t actually sing.
If you had to pick any celebrities to be in the Villa with you, who would they be and why? Jude Law in The Holiday - wow! In terms of personality wise, someone like Rebel Wilson because she’d just make you laugh the entire time but also can imagine is quite sassy as well. And Leonardo DiCaprio, back in the day when he was in his prime.
Mimii Ngulube
Age: 24 From: PortsmouthOccupation: Mental health nurse
Why Love Island and why now?The pool in Portsmouth is not giving. I’ve tried dating, speaking to people on social media and it just hasn’t been successful. Applying was a spontaneous thing, I didn’t expect to get here!
What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa?I’m a girls’ girl. My girls are my rocks and I’m theirs so I’ll be a good friend as well as going in there to find a man. I like dressing up so I’ll bring style, and I’d like to think I’m quite funny so I’ll make people laugh. Bringing honesty as well - I’m good at picking up on people's personality traits and side-eyeing those who might be a liar.
What makes you a catch?I’m a good looking girl, I know what I bring to the table. I carry myself well. I’m a bit of a wife - I like to take care of my man, cook for him, do his hair, give him massages, check in on him.
If there was one thing you’d want your new fellow Islanders to know about you, what would it be?I just have resting b**** face, it doesn’t mean I’m upset, I’m not angry, I’m just chilling. It is just my face.
Why would you say you’re single? The right man hasn’t come about yet. I haven’t met my man yet. I like to catch the red flags early on.
How would friends/family describe you? Loving, supportive, considerate, empathetic, loyal, and I’ve got a big heart!
If you had to pick three of the most important things you look for in a partner what would they be? Honest, knows what he wants and a provider.
Tell us something not many people know about you? I can sing a little bit but It’s more singing in the shower!
If you had to pick any celebrities to be in the Villa with you, who would they be and why? Chunkz, as he’d bring the jokes, making me laugh all day, and Brent Faiyaz so I’d have some eye candy.
Harriett Blackmore
Age: 24 From: BrightonOccupation: Dancer & Personal Shopper
Why Love Island and why now? I’ve recently come out of a three year relationship, so it’s time for me to open a new chapter in my life, hopefully I’ll find love in the Villa!
What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa? For the boys, entertainment, a bit of fun and flirting. I’ll definitely up the flirting. For the girls, I’m a really good friend.
What makes you a catch? I’m really confident with the looks to match.
If there was one thing you’d want your new fellow Islanders to know about you, what would it be? I’ll bring the entertainment for everyone in the Villa, whether that’s making the girls laugh or making the boys turn their heads, I’m sure that I’ll bring the drama.
Why would you say you’re single? I’ve just not found the one yet, I haven’t met someone that ticks all the boxes.
How would friends/family describe you? A really sparkly person, everyone needs a bit of Harriet B sparkle.
If you had to pick three of the most important things you look for in a partner what would they be? Loyalty and trust, they come as one. Good looks and personality are important too, I need someone with good energy that I can bounce off.
What’s your claim to fame? Being a bit of an IT girl in Brighton, I’ve done personal shopping for the rapper Arrdee and one of my best friends is Saffron Barker the YouTuber.
Tell us something not many people know about you? (Do you have any hidden talents or a party trick?) I can do the splits. Whenever I’m having a few drinks, the splits come out.
If you had to pick three celebrities to be in the Villa with you as fellow Islanders who would they be and why? David Beckham, he’s gorgeous. Channing Tatum. Ed Westwick from Gossip Girl, he’s 11 out of 10. The line ‘I’m Chuck Bass’ is something I think about all the time. He’s my Roman empire, I’d want a villa full of eye candy!
Ayo Odukoya
Age: 25Location: Canning TownOccupation: Model
Why Love Island and why now?It seems like something to have a go at. Of course, you can’t go wrong trying to find that love again - that is something that would be amazing to find if possible. I don’t really like being outside too much, I’ve been outside recently and it’s not fun outside! I do prefer to be indoors chilling with that person I can do stuff with. It would be nice to have that with somebody again.
What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa? I think I’d bring excitement and joy. I think people would have someone to come to and talk to and feel comfortable being around or to have a laugh with. I think I’m somebody everyone would take to.
What makes you a catch? I feel like the way I carry myself is very respectful and I think people take to that and once you show who you are to somebody you get it back tenfold. The way I am gives off a good enough energy for people to feel comfortable around me.
Why would you say you’re single? There is a lot going on with talking to other people and trying to find the connection you had before or talking to new people and it’s just not working out, in terms of being compatible or not fitting. I’ve talked to people and felt a way about them but I just haven’t been able to fully commit to that situation yet.
How would friends/family describe you? They would say I’m very loveable, funny, a bit crazy sometimes but a very kind and relaxed person.
If you had to pick three of the most important things you look for in a partner what would they be? I think someone with morals is massive to me and who is very grounded and humble.
Tell us something not many people know about you? (Do you have any hidden talents or a party trick?) I can have an unreal two-step, that’s the most I can say.
Sam Taylor
Age: 23From: ChesterfieldOccupation: Hair Stylist
Why Love Island and why now? At this point in my life I just want the opportunity to find a real connection with someone. I’ve been looking for that connection for quite some time but I’ve never really found it, I’m hoping I find that spark in the Villa.
What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa? I will definitely bring lots of energy but can also have deep conversations so will bring both of those sides of my personality to the Villa.
What makes you a catch? My personality and chat, I’d like to think I’ve got lots of depth and substance which should hopefully help me out when trying to find a connection.
If there was one thing you’d want your new fellow Islanders to know about you, what would it be? I’d say not to judge a book by its cover because how I look compared to what I do for work might not necessarily add up. You wouldn’t look at me as a tall guy covered in tattoos and think that I make girls' hair look pretty for a living.
Why would you say you’re single? I’ve not found someone who’s on the same wavelength as me who can match my energy.
How would friends/family describe you? They’d say I’m determined, If I want something I always find a way of making it happen.
If you had to pick three of the most important things you look for in a partner what would they be? Manners are an important thing for me but also someone with good communication. Looks wise, I like a girl with a good smile.
If you had to pick any celebrities to be in the Villa with you, who would they be and why? Margot Robbie because she’s my dream woman, Megan Fox because she’s hot and Yung Filly to make me laugh.
Ciaran Davies
Age: 21From: Pencoed, South WalesOccupation: Surveyor
Why Love Island and why now? It’s the perfect time for me, I feel like I’m mature enough for something serious with the right girl.
What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa? A lot of energy, laughs and good vibes. I’m really friendly and approachable so I’ll definitely get on with all the guys and girls.
What makes you a catch? The height, beard and Welsh accent usually works a charm.
If there was one thing you’d want your new fellow Islanders to know about you, what would it be? One of the coolest things about me is how easily I can open a beer bottle with my teeth. I know it’s not a big flex but I’m really proud of it.
Why would you say you’re single? Probably because I’m selective about who I speak to. Dating in my area is also hard because it’s small so everyone knows each other or is someone's ex.
How would friends/family describe you? Funny, loud, kind and polite.
If you had to pick three of the most important things you look for in a partner what would they be? Obviously looks but humour is a big thing for me, I’m a bit of a wind up so I want a girl who can give it back. Loyalty is another one for me, I think that’s the most important thing to look for in a relationship.
What’s your claim to fame? When I was in Malia on a boys holiday I pretended to be Liam Reardon from series 7 to get into a club because they wouldn’t let us in. It worked and we ended up getting a private booth and free drinks all night.
Tell us something not many people know about you? I’m a very good cook, I make a mean steak.
If you had to pick any celebrities to be in the Villa with you, who would they be and why? Madison Beer, she is one of the most beautiful women in the world. I’d also have to bring David Attenborough as I’d like to sit with him and hear all of his stories. Justin Bieber would also be great, I’d have him in the Villa so he could entertain us all.
Munveer Jabbal
Age: 30 From: Surbiton, Surrey Occupation: Recruitment Manager
Why Love Island and why now? London dating hasn’t worked out for me. The opportunity to be surrounded by good looking people in a villa under the sun is an absolute no brainer! I’m 30 years old and I need to start thinking seriously about the next step, and what better place?!
What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa? Good energy always. I’m a lot of fun and I’ll be very cheeky. And cheesy chat up lines!
What makes you a catch? Nice hair, good teeth and good chat. I like the nicer things in life. I’m a family person, I love dogs and I’m a good lover.
If there was one thing you’d want your new fellow Islanders to know about you, what would it be? Just that I’m a great guy.
Why would you say you’re single? I haven’t found the right girl, I’m quite picky and have high standards. Dating in London is horrible. You don’t know who’s single… but now you’re putting me in a place where everyone’s single so there’s no issues around that.
How would friends/family describe you? Confident, funny and charismatic.
If you had to pick three of the most important things you look for in a partner what would they be? Good values, good banter and a pretty face.
What’s your claim to fame? I’m mates with Spencer Morgan (Piers Morgan’s son). We met when I moved to Fulham in 2018.
Tell us something not many people know about you? (Do you have any hidden talents or a party trick?) I was born on Valentine’s Day. The girls never know thatI’ll be cupid for them if they’re lucky.
If you had to pick any celebrities to be in the Villa with you, who would they be and why? Margot Robbie - blonde, blue eyes and seems like a great person. I’d have Micky Flannagan just for the banter.
Sean Stone
Age: 24From: HertfordOccupation: Sweet Salesman
Why Love Island and why now? I’ve always been one for relationships and when you have found someone you want to be with it’s the best feeling. Now is the perfect time, the one thing that is missing is my soulmate.
What do you think you’ll bring to the Love Island Villa? A lot of fun, a lot of honesty; I am very straightforward. I’m quite cheeky and I find it hard to make my mind up - my judgement of character can be quite bad.
What makes you a catch? 5’11, tall, dark and handsome. Not quite 6 foot. Great smile, great teeth, great arms and abs - the full package.
If there is one thing you want your fellow Islanders to know about you, what would it be? This is random but I have a third nipple. It’s discrete but when it gets cold it comes out.
Why would you say you’re single? I am very picky. After you’ve had a long term relationship you figure out what you want from someone. Even if you haven’t been in loads of relationships, you zone in on what you want.
How would your friends and family describe you? Very loving, caring and thoughtful. I’m the kind of guy that if you broke down on the motorway and needed your tyre changed, I’d be there at any time of night.
If you had to pick 3 of the most important things you look for in a partner, what would they be? Caring, ambitious and supportive.
Tell us something that not many people know about you?I love karaoke. My favourite tune is ‘Stand By Me’.
If you had to pick any celebrities to be in the Villa with you, who would they be and why? Elvis Presley and Margot Robbie, she slays life. I can be her Ken.
Ronnie Vint
Age: 27From: South East LondonOccupation: Semi Professional Footballer
Why Love Island and why now? I’ve always thought about Love Island but now I’m 27 it feels like the right age for me to be serious about finding someone and settling down.
What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa? I’m a fun, bubbly person looking for a good time so I’m confident that I’ll get on really well with everyone and can hopefully find a nice girl whilst I’m at it.
What makes you a catch? I always get told I’ve got a nice smile and I’m tall which goes down well with the girls.
If there was one thing you’d want your new fellow Islanders to know about you, what would it be? I love Mayonnaise, I have it on everything I eat, even a roast dinner. The only thing I don’t have it on is cereal.
Why would you say you’re single? I’ve had two serious relationships in the past but more recently have enjoyed being single and doing my own thing as I’ve been focussed on my football career. I’ve got to the age where I want to find the right person I can build a life with.
How would friends/family describe you? Fun and bubbly but miserable if I’ve not got my mayo.
If you had to pick three of the most important things you look for in a partner what would they be? I want someone that's family orientated, caring and career minded. Lookwise, I like blondes with nice boobs but am partial to a brunette too.
What’s your claim to fame? Bradley Dack is my best friend and he and Olivia are a big part of my life. I call Olivia my big little sister, she always looks out for me.
If you had to pick any celebrities to be in the Villa with you, who would they be and why?Ricky Gervais would be a good laugh, he’s a funny guy. I’d also like Margot Robbie for the eye candy, I’d like to try my luck with her. I’d want Gordon Ramsay in there too to make me some nice food because all I can make is a toastie.
