Judge Rinder reveals he's 'cripplingly shy' and shares his concerns about student debts

Judge Rinder may rule his courtroom with confidence but he told the Loose Women that he's actually "cripplingly shy".

Speaking after Coleen admitted that she sometimes has social anxiety, he revealed that he also experiences similar feelings at major awards ceremonies and events.

"I'm cripplingly shy in that situation," he explained.

"I feel awful. I feel so silly really, but it's such a privilege, people asking for your photographs and that sort of thing. I’ve got absolutely zero time for celebrities that complain."

Judge Rinder revealed that he's on the waiting list for Gwyneth Paltrow's vagina candle (unlike our Coleen) and said his own candle would be "robust, splendid and judgemental".

He also joined the debate about sending children to university and shared his thoughts about student debt.

He told the women that he believes saddling young people with university debts is "one of the most damaging things I think we've ever done to our society".
