Desperate Housewives actress Teri Hatcher on Bake Off soggy bottoms and bringing back the hit US show!

TERI HATCHER IS KEEN FOR A DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES REUNION

We loved her as Lois Lane in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman and Susan Mayer in Desperate Housewives. So it was only right Teri became a 'Desperate Woman' on the show with Ruth, Linda, Janet and Stacey!

Our Stacey and Teri recently met filming The Great Celebrity Bake Off For Stand Up To Cancer and were soon talking soggy bottoms!

'I was so excited my daughters and I were such huge fans,' Teri revealed. 'We get it on Netflix – I’ve been known to just sit there for a whole weekend and just watch it. I am just obsessed.'

'Soggy bottom doesn’t really translate,' Teri added. 'Well it does because even in America you’re pretty sure you don’t want one! I was a little intimidated by Paul (Hollywood) … I think he wants us to be scared of him.'

And Teri Hatcher revealed she’d love the hit show Desperate Housewives to return to our screens.

'I’d be the first person [to return]. I never wanted it to be over. I love those characters,' she explained. 'I don’t think they’re very good. Just because of the creators. It’s not the women. I think the women would probably all do it.'

But Teri revealed she hasn't kept in touch with her famous co-stars, who include Eva Longoria, Felicity Huffman, Marcia Cross, Nicollette Sheridan and Vanessa Williams.

'Not so much,' Teri said of keeping in touch. 'But definitely supportive of everything that we’re all off and doing. Very exciting Eva’s [Longoria] about to have her first baby!'
