Susanna Reid on five years with Piers Morgan: 'He's annoying but he's doing a really good job'

Susanna Reid told the Loose Women that she's been as surprised as they were by Piers Morgan's newfound popularity.

Susanna, who's been working with her Good Morning Britain co-host for five years now, told Janet that even she was shocked by his "zero to hero" transformation.

"Yes, he's still annoying. But he's annoying and he's doing a really good job," she said.

But Susanna didn't join us to talk about Piers. In fact, just days before her 50th birthday, the journalist shared her memories of visiting Death Row for her new documentary, Death Row's Women With Susanna Reid.

And she became visibly choked up as she recalled her discussions with a mother who'd been convicted of murdering her children.
