Spencer Matthews surprises girlfriend Vogue Williams on her birthday after the couple move in together!

What do you give the girl who has everything? A surprise appearance by her very handsome boyfriend, of course!

When Vogue joined us to talk about her new lifestyle book - Everything - on her birthday, we had to arrange a special visit from former Made In Chelsea boyfriend Spencer.

'I really wasn't expecting that,' Vogue said in shock when Spencer made his appearance.

And after presenting Vogue with a small box - containing a key to a new Vesper scooter - Spencer dismisses the idea of proposing live on air.

'I don't think I'd be mean enough to propose on live television - she should at least have the option to say no!

The couple moved in together the night before so it was a double celebration! 'When you know, you know,' Spencer said of moving in together. 'I respect Vogue enormously and love her very much. And it makes sense to me.'
