Penny Lancaster made a welcome return to the Loose Women panel and wasted no time in sharing an unforgettable story about the evening after she gave birth to her first child with Sir Rod Stewart.

Charlene, Judi and Nadia were left speechless after Penny revealed how, still in the throes of euphoria after labour, she'd actually managed to go out to dinner with husband Rod and her brother just hours after welcoming her first child into the world.
