Nadia makes a powerful speech about body image as she reveals how easy it is to manipulate photos
Nadia Sawalha said we "need to get away from" our "stinking thinking" about body image as she shared some incredibly powerful Instagram versus reality images with the Loose Women.
Speaking about her decision to pose in her underwear for a challenge on the social media app, Nadia explained how simple it is to manipulate images.
"That photo, I kid you not, I am in exactly the same position, except Mark put a light underneath and then you saw my cellulite," she explained while showing an image of her posing beside some bookshelves.
The images, originally posted on Nadia's own Instagram account, generated thousands of comments from followers who shared their own insecurities and concerns.
"We have to change it for our daughters and our granddaughters. We have to get away from this stinking thinking!" Nadia told the panel.
