HEATHER SMALL ON BEING SHY AS A CHILD AND GROWING IN CONFIDENCE

M People singer Heather - the voice classic hits such as Moving On Up, Search For The Hero and Proud - joined us to talk about her incredible career, being back on tour in the UK tour and overcoming shyness.

"You learn it's alright to be yourself. How do you make yourself happy? I'm going to choose happy. I'm not quiet anymore but I think you should allow people to be quiet."

Heather is currently one of the voices on ‘He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Brother’ which was released in aid of Homeless Worldwide in February 2019.
