Loose Look Back: The women watch the first ever episode of Loose Women

Opening an old photo album or watching an old home movie can bring about all manner of emotions, from laughter to tears, so our Loose Women braced themselves as they sat down to watch the first ever episode of the show, which originally aired in September 1999.

Kaye, Nadia and Jane were all on the panel on the very first day so, when we were looking back on 20 years of Loose Women in 2019, we invited them to travel back in time and enjoy their own special little piece of TV history.

Needless to say, their reactions were well worth capturing on camera as they reflected on how much has changed - and how much has remained the same - since their Loose debuts.
