Suffering regular beatings over a course of ten years at the hands of her husband was an all too-common occurrence for Dawn Marmoy. The 61 year old made headlines at the end of last year when footage was released of her looking severely bruised and battered in the aftermath of a vicious attack.
Described by the policeman who found her as the "worst injuries i've ever seen on a living person" today Dawn told us just what it was like seeing the extent of those injuries for the first time three days later...
