Judge Rinder opens up about his weight battle: 'I was struggling with how I was feeling and used to eat.'
JUDGE RINDER'S WEIGHT BATTLE REVEALED
Loose Man Judge Rinder shared the throwback snap that made him lose weight on the show today saying, 'I used to eat!'
Robert revealed he was much larger a few years ago and showed off a picture of himself in his late 20s, a year before he got super fit and ran the London Marathon.
'I got rather big. I was struggling with how I was feeling and used to eat,' Judge Rinder explained.
'I wanted to get fit, it wasn’t about how I looked, but more about my mental health. With working out, you get this endorphin rush, which helped me concentrate and focus. Fitness helps with everything else.'
It took Robert a year to lose the weight, but he puts it down to having the London Marathon there as a goal.
'I had to be self-disciplined, he said. 'I think, with weight loss, you have an epiphany moment and, for me, it was seeing that picture. I just wanted to get healthy.'
Judge Rinder was appearing on the show as part of our Loose Women & Men special alongside Ed Balls.
