CHIVA (Children’s HIV Association)
We work with professionals to ensure they have up-to-date information and contacts to provide best possible care and services for children, young people and families living with HIV. We acknowledge the intrinsic role parents play in their children’s health and wellbeing. We work with them to provide information to support them in the issues HIV presents within the family. We work with young people living with HIV through our youth committee and consultations to ensure we provide them with the information they need and that their voices are heard throughout our work and in the wider community. AVERT
AVERT provides a wide range of information to educate people about HIV/AIDS across the world. AVERT’s highly successful website, avert.org, the most popular HIV/AIDS website in the world, has over 200 pages which describe all aspects of HIV and AIDS, as well as having specific areas for young people, interactive quizzes, an extensive photo gallery, and videos.
