Green Goddess Diana Moran gets the Loose Women fit: 'It's never too late to take up exercise'
BREAKFAST TV FITNESS QUEEN THE GREEN GODDESS IS BACK!
She encouraged us all to get up and moving at breakfast time in the '80s - now Diana Moran, the Green Goddess, is back to keep us fit.
Diana, who is nearly 78, is on a mission to get us all exercising whatever age we are.
'By 60 you've got to really keep at it,' Diana says. 'I forget the word exercise and use the word activity. To move as much as we can. Down with sofas and up with stairs. Keep moving as much as you can and take the opportunity to move any time, any where. It's not about going to the gym.'
'It's never too late to take up exercise. With should be doing a minimum 30 minutes activity five times a week,' Diana adds.
