It's always controversial when The GC is on the show - and Gemma had a lot to say when Andrea, Jane, Saira and Linda caught up with her.

On having unprotected sex with James 'Arg' Argent because she wanted a baby...'What I did was a bit much, but it was because I knew him. It sounds a bit crazy but I'm out of that now. You don't have to trap a man.'He didn't know I wasn't using protection at the time. He does now. I apologised afterwards. We met in Marbella and I said, "Arg, can we talk over paella for two?"The way to chill him out is with food. He was really mad but we hugged it out and we’re OK now. It wasn't the right thing to do, but I really wanted a baby...'

On changing her partying ways and supporting animal charities...'I felt so unfulfilled and I have all this love to give but no one to give it to. When you get older the materialistic things in life mean nothing - the cars, the watches. Them things come into your life and you’re still not happy - it's all rubbish. There's got to be more to life than materialism.'So we went to a farm in Marbella and since I’ve been back I've been on this whole quest. I’ve been helping a lot of animal charities, one in Essex, which I love to do.'I’ve been watching all the videos about animal cruelty. I know its boring to watch but if you shut your eyes to it you don’t know its going on.'I’ve like 99% become a vegetarian, there's just that 1% I’m struggling with. I got drunk the other night and woke up with a pie and mash.'
