Brian Conley: 'I suffered for a few years with anxiety and panic attacks'
BRIAN CONLEY OPENS UP ABOUT EXPERIENCING PANIC ATTACKS AND ANXIETY
He's famous for being funny but Brian opened up about a more serious subject on the show.
After having some fun with Andrea, Stacey, Janet and Katie with our Stacey revealing she's got a soft spot for Brian! - Brian talked openly about having panic attacks and anxiety and how he deals with them.
'I have suffered, ever since my father died. I'm alright now. But I want everyone to know that if it can happen to me it can happen to anyone.
'For a year after my father died, I was bottling it all up, ready to explode. I suffered for a few years with anxiety... I was alright when I was working but not generally.
'I would say to anyone suffering, really work on your breathing. When your anxious, you breathe into your upper chest. It's learning to breathe properly into your stomach. Once you learn - maybe go to yoga - it's amazing how your brain can't throw a panic attack at you.'
And Katie revealed she has suffered from panic attacks and they still sometime 'tap her on the shoulder'.
