Brenda learns to swim with Olympic Gold-Medalist Rebecca Adlington

Earlier this year, Brenda revealed that she couldn’t swim and would love to learn. And on Loose Women a few weeks ago, Olympic gold-medalist Rebecca Adlington surprised Brenda with a message to say she’d love to teach her how to swim. So, on Wednesday's show we saw Rebecca’s promise in action as Brenda along with daughter Tanisha for moral support, went on her first ever swimming lesson.
