Bobby Norris on his body transformation: 'I can't even begin to explain what it's done for my mental health'
Bobby Norris told the Loose Women that his lockdown body transformation has had a hugely positive impact on his mental health.
"Fitness has never really been a part of my life, but I wanted it to be. I just never thought that it was my world. I made the conscious decision, it was now or never, I knew I had time on my hands, there was no excuses," he explained to the panel.
"I didn't drink, I watched what I ate and I just trained. Honestly, I've never felt better. It's not even about how I look, for my mind and what it's done for my mental health, I can't even begin to explain."
"It was never about losing weight – it was about building up," he said of his transformation. "I can't actually believe that I was looking like that."
And he also opened up about his experience with online trolling and explained why he's petitioning for new laws around abusive behaviour on the internet.
