2015 Tour Stage 8 reaction: Froome had eye on rivals
Chris Froome says Stage 8 was all about not losing any time to his closest rivals for the yellow jersey.
The current Tour leader faced little threat, as his competitors spent most of the stage sitting back.
"I needed to try and keep an eye on all the other GC contenders, but it didn't seem like any of them were making moves.
"Once I got to the crest of that climb, it was about keeping an eye on those other guys."
