Kalaiyashni Puvanendran
Kalaiyashni is the Diversity & Inclusion Programme Delivery Partner at ITV. As part of the D&I team, she works to deliver ITV’s Diversity Acceleration Plan, driving change on-screen, off-screen, and across ITV. Her role involves D&I programme planning, management, delivery, and reporting.
Previously, Kalaiyashni was a D&I Project Manager at global health charity Wellcome, where she worked in a two-person team to establish their D&I Priority Area in 2016. Kalaiyashni later co-created and co-led Wellcome’s anti-racism programme, leading on the development of their anti-racist principles and toolkit (freely available to download and adapt). She also worked at King’s College London as a D&I Assistant Consultant, advising teams and departments across the university on inclusion. Kalaiyashni is a member of BAFTA's Learning Inclusion and Talent Committee.
