ITV Embrace

ITV Embrace is our Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic network for ITV colleagues, open to anyone who’s interested in networking and discussing what makes ITV a diverse and inclusive workplace. Launched in 2017 as a forum for discussion, we turn ideas into action, with projects, initiatives and activities centred around our Diversity and Inclusion priorities to make a real lasting impact.ITV Embrace’s main focus areas include:

• Development of internal key Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority ITV Staff in order to drive the ambition of ethnically diverse employees and promote ITV externally as a diverse employer and a place for talent to thrive

• Celebrating key moments in the cultural calendar to inform and educate network members and their allies

• Providing a space for ITV colleagues from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds to network, share, discuss and support one another

• Creating an open forum for honest discussions in a safe environment

• An opportunity for colleagues of all backgrounds to engage with and celebrate the diversity of ITV as an inclusive workplace
