Where can I download the app?

You can download the app from the iTunes or Google Play stores.

How much does it cost?

It is free to download the app (but data charges may apply), and all votes you place within the app are also free. You will not be charged for votes within the app or asked to enter any card details. But for Apple devices, ensure your in app purchases are switched on.

How do I vote using the app?

There is a vote section within the app in which you will need to register. Please see our Voting FAQ page for more details on how to vote for free via the app.

Why can't I see the new vote?

If a new vote has just opened but you are unable to see it, please try fully closing and reopening the app on your device. This should activate your new vote.

The app doesn’t work?

Please check which operating system your device is running.

iOS

The I'm A Celebrity... app runs on iOS 9.0 and later versions. Please upgrade your operating software if you are using an earlier version.

Android

The I'm A Celebrity... app runs on versions 4.1 and later, on screens of a normal (320x480) size and mdpi resolution and above. Please update your operating software if you using an earlier version.

I can’t share an article, photo or video to Facebook?

Please ensure you are running the latest version of the Facebook app on your device. For iOS devices, go to Settings > Facebook and check you are logged in and have allowed access to the I’m A Celebrity… app.

I can’t share an article, photo or video to Twitter?

Please ensure you are running the latest version of the Twitter app on your device. For iOS devices, go to Settings > Twitter and check you are logged in and have allowed access to the I’m A Celebrity… app.
