Top five tips for toughing it out in the jungle
As we get ready to return to Oz, we've been getting in the mood by looking back at some of the toughest challenges our Celebrities have faced.
And what better way to prepare the latest batch of Campmates than with a bit of bravery advice? Celebrities please take note!
Tell us what advice you would give our new Celebrities on Facebook and Twitter.
Don’t let the Trials bug you
Gather your game face and remember how not to do it - sobbing Sinitta, highly-strung Helen Flanagan and the many faces of Paul Burrell, we’re looking at you.
Take a leap of faith
You don't get a second chance to make an entrance and if this entrance happens involve throwing yourself out of a plane then put your best foot forward. You can always close your eyes.
Avoid contraband clashes
You don't need a face full of slap in the jungle (Amy Willerton) and don't even think about smuggling in sachets of seasoning in your smalls (Gillian MacKeith). No one likes a rule-breaker.
It's a jungle camp, not a holiday camp
You might be more used to five star hotels but forget about all that. We don't care if you are one third of a very famous boyband or who your friends in high places are - you'll still be cleaning out the dunny so suck it up (not literally).
Take a cold shower
Don't just brave the cold, positively embrace it by donning your most eye-catching swimwear and dipping into the jungle shower. It won't do you any harm. It might even do you some good.
