Scarlett is used to delivering classic one-liners about what's on TV from the comfort of her sofa, but how will the Durham girl get on when the camera turns on her in the Outback?
"I am quite molly coddled in life," she admits. "I do everything with my Mum and Dad and I will be quite curious to see how I cope just being me. I want to see how independent I am."
Luckily, Scarlett has been working hard to develop some effective techniques to adjust to Camp life quickly, such as walking over bridges near her home to get over her tremendous fear of the wobbly ones in the Jungle, and eating really chewy Scotch eggs but pretending they're kangaroo testicles.
"I am scared of so many things but the one Trial I am looking forward to is the eating one. If you get an ostrich ear, I want to know what it's like to eat it whole. What is the texture like?" Ostrich ear?! Oh no Scarlett, it's going to be much worse than that.
