As a former member of Westlife Kian Egan is used to being away from home, but what's he going to miss the most this time?

“Without a shadow of doubt, the hardest thing is going to be being away from my boy."

But what we really want to know is will he be leading his fellow celebrities in a Westlife sing-a-long?

“Definitely not," replies Kian, “I really hope I am not pushed into that category of entertainer. I don’t see myself as that. I can cook and I think conversation is key."

So, is he determined to be crowned King of the Jungle? “Of course it would be amazing to win," he says, "But my aim is to go in and have a good time. It’s a big adventure and I'm really looking forward to the whole experience."

Will the jungle change his laidback attitude? Only time will tell.
