All about: Nick Knowles
TV presenter Nick Knowles admits he thinks people will be surprised he has decided to take part in this year’s I’m A Celebrity. Ruling out any fears or phobias, Nick says he is most looking forward to meeting people he wouldn’t normally work with.
“I’d like to think I’ll do well under pressure but we will find out. I don’t have any phobias. Anything I have been nervous about in the past, I’ve gone out and done it, as I don’t like being frightened of things.”
Time in the Jungle might offer some rest for the hard-working presenter, but he says “the toughest thing is actually being separated from my family. I hope I make my family proud whilst I’m in there.”
And whilst he would relish the challenge of building something new for the I’m A Celebrity Jungle, Nick doubts they will have the right materials or tools to do so.
“If there was an opportunity I would like to make a mark,” he promises. “But I don’t think there’s going to be the material or tools to do it so it’s unlikely!
As for whether he’d like to be crowned ‘King of the Jungle’, Nick insists it’s the taking part that’s important to him.
He admits: “It would be nice to win. But it’s not critical for me to win as it’s more about the taking part.”
