Tom Watson MP: Anti-semites 'have no role in the mainstream of politics'
The Deputy Leader of the Labour party, Tom Watson has told Good Morning Britain that anti-semitic activists will be driven out of the party, following claims that Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn was not doing enough to tackle the problem.
Mr Watson said there would be an investigation into claims that Israelis were compared to Nazis at a fringe meeting at the party conference in Brighton.
The MP said: "They have no role in the mainstream of politics and we don’t want them in the Labour Party."
