Zippy Green Tea

Makes 6 servings or 1-1/2 quarts 1.5 L
Ingredients:
6 cups 1420 ml water1 cup 90-100g firmly packed fresh mint leaves3 green tea bags1⁄3 cup 158 ml fresh lime juice6 lime slices, for garnish
Method:
Bring the water to boil in a 3-quart 3 litre saucepan.
Add the mint and tea bags, remove from the heat, and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain.
Stir in the lime juice. Serve hot or iced, garnished with the lime slices.
