Frosted pumpkin smoothie
Famous for appearing at Halloween, pumpkin is not just a seasonal treat, as Cheryl's Frosted Pumpkin Smoothie shows!
Recipe:½ cup pumpkin (canned ok)½ cup skimmed milk¼ cup plain non fat Greek style yogurt½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon1/8 teaspoon ground ginger1/8 teaspoon ground cloves4 ice cubes
Method:1. Combine all ingredients in the jar of a blender and blend until smooth
Serve immediately
