Berry crunch

Cheryl says her berry crunch treat is a great and healthy pudding for all the family.

Serves: 2 (3⁄ 4-cup) servings

Recipe95g of frozen (thawed) or fresh blueberries or fresh raspberries or strawberries (use frozen in winter if not in season – cheaper and still same nutritional content and flavour)95 grams plain fat-free Greek-style yogurt Vanilla extract (a drop or two)30g of chopped pistachios, almonds, walnuts or pecans2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds

Method1. Combine the yogurt with vanilla

  • In a martini glass, layer the yogurt and berries and top with the nuts and pomegranates - serve immediately
