Share your #SelfieEsteem

Are you frustrated with celebrities posting heavily airbrushed selfies across social media?

We're asking you to join our #SelfieEsteem campaign and celebrate your unfiltered self. We're spreading the message of self-acceptance, so please upload your first selfie and don’t edit or change it in any way, such as adding filters, airbrushing etc.

Joining in couldn't be easier:

• Take a selfie

• Don't add any filters/airbrushing

• Share using #SelfieEsteem

• Tag a friend and compliment them

Please upload your selfies via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with #SelfieEsteem before 8am on Thursday 23 April. If you are under 16 you will need consent of a parent or guardian. If you would like your photo to be considered to appear on the show then please email it to gmb@itv.com with a contact telephone number. Remember, we want to see your unfiltered selfies, so please do not upload a photo on anyone else's behalf.
