We got two Madeley's for the price of one this morning when Richard's daughter Chloe joined us live on the show.
In a TV first, Richard interviewed his 30-year-old girl about becoming a fitness fanatic, the high and lows of social media... and those embarrassing dad moments!
With qualifications in fitness and personal training, Chloe has a best-selling fitness app and is a social media star. Although her 'post work-out selfies' have resulted in some online trolling,
Chloe admits that there is an element of narcism and vanity about what she does, but says getting into fitness has completely changed her life in terms of her confidence and determination.
