You'll get to start the night at a drinks reception, followed by dinner and end the night at an after party before resting in five star luxury at a hotel!

Who can enter:

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/goodmorningbritain website as stated in promotion for the ‘Good MorningBritain’ programme at 6am on Monday 29 September 2014

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 5pm on Wednesday 1 October 2014

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries

· The first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the Prize, subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions

· The Prize is time critical and the entrants must be available for contact on Wednesday 1 October 2014 and Thursday 2 October 2014

· The winner will be contacted in accordance with clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms

There is no charge to enter, although internet service provider’s fees may apply when you access the internet.

Prize:

There is one prize consisting of:

· two VIP tickets for the winner and one companion to attend the Pride of Britain Awards ceremony on Monday 6 October 2014 at Grosvenor House Hotel, A JW Marriott Hotel, 86-90 Park Lane, London, W1K 7TN

· attendance at a champagne reception for the winner and one companion on Monday 6 October 2014;

· a three-course dinner during the event for the winner and one companion onMonday 6 October 2014; and

· attendance at the after show party for the winner and one companion on Monday 6 October 2014

The Prize also includes hotel accommodation for one night on Monday 6 October 2014 at the five star Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel, 86-90 Park Lane, London, W1K 7TN, on a bed and breakfast basis based on two people sharing a twin or double room. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

The Prize also includes standard class return rail travel from the UK mainland station nearest to the winner’s home address to London plus transfers between the London train station and the hotel. If the winner is a resident of the Channel Islands or Isle of Man, return economy flights to London will be included plus transfers between the London airport and the hotel.

The winner and their companion must beaged 18 or over. The winner and their companion must be able to attend the Pride of Britain Awards ceremony on Monday 6 October 2014. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion are available to take up the Prize on the relevant date.

The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that the Pride ofBritain Awards ceremony does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the Prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The Prize excludes transportation between the winner’s and their companion’s home addresses to the UK mainland station or airport (as applicable) nearest to the winner’s home address, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), travel insurance and personal expenses.
