There's only two days to go until the Virgin Money London Marathon and this year Sean is tackling it for the second year in a row ... and Ranvir is facing her first ever race!
But are our presenters ready?
Before our intrepid presenters hit the streets of the city, Sean chats to Dame Kelly Holmes live from Tower Bridge. She may be known for her athletic prowess but this will also be her first-ever attempt at tackling the gruelling 26.2 miles distance, so can she offer any tips for survival?
Meanwhile, Ranvir caught up with 88-year-old Iva Barr, who is the oldest competitor in this year's event - go Iva!
