Older drivers failing to declare medical conditions
Half of older drivers who have a medical condition admit they haven't disclosed it to the DVLA because most believe it's because they don't think their illness affects their driving.
Some have been diagnosed with visual impairments, brain conditions and epilepsy. One million people over the age of 65 are risking a fine for failing to report their illness.
