'Just calm down' - John McDonnell on Labour crisis

As Jeremy Corbyn continues to face leadership challenges within the Labour party, with many MPs urging him to step down, there are one or two calling for calm.
One of these is Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell, who has dismissed the idea of Jeremy Corbyn stepping down as the party's leader and criticised the "mass hysteria" he thinks has been vibrating through British politics in the wake of the EU referendum result.
He told Susanna and Kate why everyone should "just calm down" and "have a conversation" - and made it clear that he wouldn't like to lead the party himself.
