Dylan's special message from Pharrell

Here's the emotional moment 12-year-old Dylan Bleach got a surprise of a lifetime when Good Morning Britain's Dr Hilary delivered a special message from none other than Pharrell Williams.

Despite having cerebral palsy, Dylan helps out his single mum, who works full-time, by helping look after his younger sister who also has the condition and is autistic.

We took over his school assembly to announce he's the winner of our WellChild Young Hero Award this year - and he'll be joining Pharrell onstage at the Isle of Wight Festival, where organisers have made him a VIP and arranged for him to be flown in by helicopter!

The inspirational youngster joins us on the sofa today with his mum Stacey and great aunt Michelle.
