Donald Trump endorses Nigel Farage
President-elect Donald Trump has said UKIP leader Nigel Farage would "do a great job" as British ambassador to the the US.
Trump said "many people" would like to see Mr Farage as ambassador in a Tweet posted from his account last night.
Nigel Farage met with Donald Trump soon after his election victory earlier this month and set tongues wagging immediately.
Speaking about his relationship with Trump on this show last week, Mr. Farage said he would be happy to "smooth the path" between Trump and PM Theresa May.
