BREAKING NEWS: 22 dead and 59 injured in Manchester explosion
An explosion at Manchester Arena has left 22 people dead and 59 injured.
Downing Street have said an emergency Cobra meeting will take place at 9am today.

The explosion struck Manchester's 02 Arena during the concert of American pop star Ariana Grande
The attack has left 22 people dead and 59 injured
Ian Hopkins, the chief constable of Greater Manchester police said the attack was conducted by one man and he died in the arena
20,000 people were among the blast - most of them children or young adults
Greater Manchester Police said the incident took place at 10.33pm last night
It is being treated by police as an "appalling terrorist attack"
Theresa May has said: "All our thoughts are with the victims and the families of those who have been affected"
