Josie Gibson on how young girls are striving for 'fake perfection'
When you're constantly being put down you want to do something about it
Former Big Brother winner and fitness entrepreneur Josie Gibson joined Children's Commissioner Anne Longfield on the GMB sofa to discuss the worrying effect social media is having on young girls. She said many are striving for a "fake perfection" that is unachievable in real life and that there is "so much pressure" to look good.
Josie's comments come fresh off the back of a recent report by the Children's Society that says a third of young girls in the UK are anxious about their appearance.
